Abstract
Figure S2. Baseline comparison across days. All mice were evaluated for the baseline knee withdrawal threshold on day 1. A cross-over study design was used such that mice (n = 8 mice per group) were divided into vehicle and FM1-43 groups for an injection on day 2; on day 6 mice received the opposite injection from day 2. All mice were tested pre-injection on days 2 and 6 to make sure that there was no effect of the order of injection on the baseline knee hyperalgesia. A) Knee withdrawal threshold every morning prior to injection WT sham mice. B) Knee withdrawal threshold every morning prior to injection WT PMX mice.
