Meet Bioseb at incoming Pain Events and Conferences

The International Association of Study of Pain (IASP) defines Pain as follows : "An unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage, or described in terms of such damage."
Pain is therefore a neurological, physiological, psychological, global event presenting both a sensory and emotional dimension. It is difficult to quantify objectively, since it depends on the subjective perception of each individual.

Nevertheless, over 80% of the world population suffers from pain, and 30% of the world population suffers from chronic pain. When chronic, pain is not considered as a symptom anymore, but as an illness in its own right. Research aiming at appropriate pain treatments is consequently one of the major challenges of the scientific community.

Bioseb brings a unique expertise to this field : we offer reliable and objective solutions for quantifying pain levels in rodents within the framework of your pre-clinical study. As such, we will naturally be present for all the major events of the French and International Pain research community – and will introduce numerous instruments for pain measurement in inflammatory, nociceptive and dysfunctional models.

You will be able to meet our technical teams for live product demonstrations on following events :
