The University of Corsica and its president, Pr. Paul Marie ROMANI, partnered with the Society for Neuroendocrinology (Société de Neuroendocrinologie - SNE) and organized their 41st Annual Congress in Corte from the 5th until the 8th of October 2016, along with Quebec (5th common congress). Bioseb sponsored this event.
Neuroendocrinology is an important discipline at the interface between neuroscience and endocrinology (hormone studies). The 300 members of the Society for Endocrinology are not only French, but from the entire scientific francophone community of several countries: Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Canada, Italy, Maghreb and Quebec. All these nationalities were represented in Corte. The aim of this annual colloquium was to allow young researchers to present original research works from their university or independent labs at the CNRS, INSERM, INRA, FRQ in Québec and Quebec or French universities.
The Bioseb Team is proud to have actively participated to this meeting, and to have been able to help value the work of young PhD by sponsoring prizes for two posters presenting high-quality work!
